Help Linky & Dinky Find
Intelligent Life in the Universe!
(because there's precious little down here on Earth)

By joining Linky & Dinky's Team at S.E.T.I. (the Search for Extraterrestial Intelligence), YOU can be with us when we accept the Nobel Prize in Stockholm!

SETI@home is a scientific experiment that will harness the power of hundreds of thousands of Internet-connected computers in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). You can participate by running a screen-saver program that downloads and analyzes radio telescope data.

It's simple to join us:

Download the special screen saver software for your computer right now, click on Macintosh or Windows 95/98 or Other.
Run the installer program by double-clicking on it.

After the installation, the program will ask you to join an existing account by entering your email address -- just enter "[email protected]"

That's it! You're now part of Linky & Dinky's E.T. Search Team!

If you are already using the SETI@home screen saver, then come join our team by clicking here.

The Linky & Dinky Fan Club is desperately searching for extraterrestial life, in the hopes that these E.T.'s can answer our most compelling questions:

  1. What's life all about, anyway? Write back.
  2. How can we finally beat the Roulette Wheel?
  3. Why doesn't Stone Phillips travel well? And as a followup, we know Stone Phillips is the most cunningly successful animated robotron ever devised, but did the technology come from back-engineering the Roswell UFO crash, or was he developed in the NBC skunkworks facility?

Your children will thank you for it...
(if they're not enslaved by hostile alien forces, that is)
