To ensure the quality of our lists, and maximize the results of your swap, Binky has a few requirements for particpation in the Club.

1. All publications must be 100% OPT-IN.
   
2. Ads must be self-promotional for your eZine or Newsletter only. Other products, services, etc... cannot be promoted through the Club. We're only swapping ads to get new subscribers, and that's all, because as you well know, more subscribers = more money!
   
3. You must already have at least 1,000 subscribers before joining.
   
4. The content of your publication or web site which is freely available to visitors (potentially children, etc.) should be rated "G", "PG" or "PG-13". Questionable content may require a special review by Binky.
   
5. No MLM programs, no Work At Home programs, no Making Money programs, etc... Each e-zine must be about something, and not a thinly-veiled guise to get people to buy something. Again, Binky will review every new application.
   
6. Each eZine must have a web site or a link which can be published in their ads, and an archive of prior issues for review.
   
7. You must be willing to commit to either 4 or 8 ads per month, both to be placed midway in your newsletter. We don't expect header ads, but also don't permit footers.
